What exactly is IPTV?

It’s one of the most asked FAQ, IPTV which is also known as Internet Protocol Television is were internet is being used as a medium to send television channels to your TV at home. In other words, you use your internet connection to watch the TV Channels, movies and TV shows without an antenna or a dish.

So? How does all this work exactly?

Here we go...IPTV #101...Basically you need 4 things.

A Viewing Device

(ie..SMARTTV, AppleTV, FireStick, MiBox, Roku, Computer, Mobile Phone, with over 16GB of usable RAM)

High-Speed Internet

(Preferably consistent and over 100Mbps)

IPTV Player App or Software

(ie..IPTVX, SNAPPY, TIVIMAX, SMARTERS, etc.)

A Quality IPTV Playlist

This is where we come in...Providing you with 2 super high-quality Xtream Playlists!

It is important to make sure that you have appropriate speed needed for media streaming throughout the day. You can use www.speedtest.net to check your broadband connection speed. Then you can make a decision on how to proceed.

Can you help me with setting up my IPTV player?

We do assist in basic player setup, and anything further we suggest you contact the player support itself. We make our qualified suggestions, however which play you decide is best for you is YOUR call.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

Well, you can use your IPTV subscription on multiple devices. However, you will only be able to watch the channels content on one device only (per playlist) at the same time. If you feel more device connections are necessary simultaneously, we do have options for multiple device subscriptions at an additional charge upon request.

Any help with freezing or buffering issues?

freezing, stalling, or "buffering" as we call it, can be caused by many things. High internet traffic or slow internet speeds is the main reason behind this. If someone in your house is using the broadband connection to download or upload something, this can happen. You need to disconnect all users from the broadband connection and try again. Slow personal internet speeds (less than 100mbps), local high network traffic, available device storage and/or ram memory. (which is why we suggest the Apple TV over the TV or Fire-stick option. (these are just a few of the issues that could cause this problem)
Although, occasional network issues can happen on the other end, this is also why we supply ALL of our clients with 2 Full and Separate Playlists for redundancy! Remember the HUGE amount of money you are saving ;)

Reliabilibity & Quality?

These two things are at the forefront of what we provide and our focus! On a daily basis we are refining and updating our service to provide the best quality and reliability to our customers! Nothing is perfect, but we promise to do our best to provide you with what you deserve! Also, we offer a FREE trial so you can verify our quality.

Some Channels provide only sound?

You need to go to settings in the device or app. Then you need to select Native as Decoder. You can do a restart and you will see videos with sounds.
